Spring Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. regular long grain rice
    16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    3 1/2 oz. can sliced black olives
    4 chicken breast halves
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil and remove.
    Saute onion and rice until rice is browned.
    Add rest of ingredients except for olives.
    Add 1 3/4 cups water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with olives and stir before serving.
