Nonfat Blueberry-Melon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cantaloupe, thinly sliced, peeled and halved crosswise
1/3 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
2 lettuce leaves
1/4 c. low-fat pineapple yogurt
1/4 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
Preparation

Arrange melon pieces and blueberries on two lettuce-lined plates.
Drizzle yogurt over fruit.
Sprinkle with orange peel. Makes 2 servings.
