Mini Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. English muffins
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. medium spiced pork sausage
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook the sausage in a skillet and drain off the liquid. Crumble the sausage and reserve it.
    Split the muffins and spread them on a baking sheet.
    Butter and toast them under the broiler. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on each muffin.\tSprinkle cooked sausage on top of cheese.
    Top each muffin with two tablespoons of pizza sauce and a little grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake about 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 12 Mini Pizzas.
