Banana Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced bananas
    1/2 c. margarine or butter (room temperature)
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. nonfat/low-fat banana-strawberry yogurt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Heat waffle iron.
    Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Blend with a whisk.
    In a medium size bowl, blend yogurt and eggs.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Mix with a whisk. Add melted margarine or butter.
    Blend well with whisk.
    Cook on hot waffle iron.
    Serve waffles with bananas.
    Makes 12 waffles.
