Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 center cut lean pork chops
    2 onions, sliced into rings
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. parboiled white rice
    4 carrots, cut up
    1 can brown gravy or beef
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Fry or broil the chops until they are brown, remove chops from the pan and drain off the grease.
    Place rice in the pan and brown lightly, remove rice from pan and place in the bottom of the casserole pan.
    Place onions and carrots over the rice, place brown chops over the onions and carrots.
    Pour 2 cups water, soy sauce and beef or brown gravy over the mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, covered with foil for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
    You may have to add more water.
