Ham 'N Swiss Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cubed cooked ham
    6 oz. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (1 1/2 c.)
    1 c. fresh broccoli, blanched and well drained
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, dry mustard and pepper. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust.
    Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes before serving.
