Cheesy Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 jar Armour dried beef
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 finely chopped bell pepper
    1/2 finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt or 1 clove pressed garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute pecans in butter; drain on paper towels and set aside. Chop beef, pepper and onion in food processor. Combine cream cheese and milk on medium speed with mixer. Stir in beef, pepper, onion, garlic and pepper; mix well. Stir in sour cream. Pour in 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serve with crackers.
