Jiffy Potato-Onion Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving) pkg. instant mashed potatoes
    1/3 c. pancake mix
    1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. finely snipped parsley
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
    Add pancake mix, onion soup mix and snipped parsley.
    Drop from tablespoon, a few at a time, into deep hot fat (350\u00b0).
    Fry 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, turning occasionally to brown all sides.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    Makes 18 tablespoon size or about 30 smaller ones.
    Serve as hors d'oeuvres or vegetable.
