Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-6 lbs. chicken thighs
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 cup water
    Salt, pepper, paprika
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 cups sour cream
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute peppers, onions and garlic in margarine or butter until tender.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Add water and chicken and simmer until chicken is tender. Remove chicken.
    (I like to remove skin and bone, after cooking, but it isn't necessary.)
    Add 4 Tbsp. of flour to 2 cups of sour cream and stir into broth until thickened.
