Bum Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1 onion, chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1 c. frozen corn
    1 carrot, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut bacon in small pieces and fry; put aside.
    Combine rest of the ingredients and cook in water until tender.
    Drain off water. Mix everything together and add milk.
    Heat on low until milk is hot but not boiling.
