Spicy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. tomato juice or catsup
    1 egg, beaten a little
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 strips bacon
Preparation
    Brown onions and celery in butter over medium heat.
    Cool a bit.
    Add the tomato soup or catsup and beaten egg.
    Add bread crumbs and seasonings; work well with hands until blended.
    Form loaf or pack in loaf pan.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
