Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped bananas
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (including juice)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
Preparation

Grease and flour a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, sift flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed (hand mix only).
Pour into a pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven. Cool on a cake rack for 25 to 30 minutes.
Baking time may take longer, depending on oven.
