Pina Colada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flaked coconut
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
32 marshmallows
Preparation

Drain pineapple and reserve juice. In a 9-inch pie plate, combine coconut and butter.
Press on bottom and sides of plate. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
