Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat sugar, vanilla, oil and eggs well.
    Then add flour, soda and cinnamon.
    Then fold in 3 small jars of baby food strained carrots.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in 3 round pans.
