Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless center cut chops
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) herb stuffing
    1 small chopped onion
    1 (30 oz.) jar applesauce
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Brown chops in margarine; remove from skillet. Add additional butter, if necessary, and saute chopped onion until soft, but not brown. Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Add onion. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Spread mixture on bottom of pan. Place pork chops on top of stuffing mixture. Cover chops with applesauce and cinnamon. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender. Serves 4 to 6.
