Strawberry Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. poppy seed
1/2 lb. fresh spinach, washed
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl, stir well.
Gently toss spinach and strawberries in large bowl.
Arrange on 8 individual plates.
Drizzle poppy seed mixture over each salad.
