Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and deboned
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 can peas and carrots, drained
    2 pie crusts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Melt margarine in pot and saute onion.
    Add flour and milk.
    Cook until thick.
    Add chicken, peas and carrots, salt and pepper to taste.
    Put 1 pie crust in bottom of pie plate, then add mixture.
    Top with second pie crust; make little slits in top to vent.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until crust is brown.
