Fresh Apple Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. chopped apples
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, sugar and oil, then in a separate bowl sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
    Add to egg mixture. Fold in apples and nuts.
    Use mixer at low speed and mix for 1 minute.
    Pour into a greased and floured pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1).
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and cover with powdered sugar.
