Curry Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    3/4 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. whole cashew nuts
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery and raisins in large bowl.
    Blend together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, curry powder and dash of pepper.
    Toss lightly with chicken mixture. Chill.
    Just before serving, add cashew nuts and toss.
    Makes 4 servings.
