Bacon And Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. fresh mushrooms
2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wash mushrooms thoroughly.
In blender, combine mushrooms stems with remaining ingredients.
Process until finely chopped.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Cook 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 20 appetizers.
