Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream flour, butter and confectioners sugar together.
    Press evenly into bottom of ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch or 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Beat remaining ingredients until light and fluffy.
    Pour onto hot crust.
    Bake for about 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
    Yield:
    16 squares.
