Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 heaping c. shortening
1/3 c. water
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients to meal consistency, then mix remaining ingredients.
Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and blend.
Roll out into circle and place in pie plate. Fill with your favorite pie filling.
Makes 2 double 9-inch pies or 3 double 8-inch pies.
