Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
margarine or butter
brown sugar

Preparation

In a large stock pot, boil the potatoes (with skins on) until done.
Drain.
Peel potatoes and cut into 2 x 1-inch squares.
Set aside.
