Hot Puppie Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 hot puppies or hot dogs
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) can vacuum pack whole kernel corn with peppers or 12 oz. any kind of corn
    1/2 to 1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 tsp. minced onion
    5 oz. corkscrew macaroni
Preparation
    Cut hot puppies or hot dogs into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Heat oil. Add hot puppies or hot dogs and stir until brown.
    Stir in tomato sauce, corn with liquid, chili powder, salt and onion.
    Heat to boiling; reduce and simmer 10 minutes.
    While sauce simmers, cook macaroni.
    Then mix together.
    Makes about 5 servings.
