Taco Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large onions
    4 large bell peppers
    2 lb. hot peppers (any kind)
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 whole garlic clove
    1 small jar tomato juice
    about 10 tomatoes
Preparation
    Put all vegetables in blender.
    Use a little tomato juice to start.
    Blend; mix well.
    Pour into pan and boil for 15 minutes. Fill hot, sterilized jars and seal.
    I always put jars in a boiling bath for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Make sure the lids have sealed.
