Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. graham crackers
    1 c. sugar
    4 egg whites, beaten stiffly
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Butter bottom and sides of spring-pan.
    Dust with graham crackers; spread remaining crumbs on bottom of pan.
    Mix cream cheese until smooth.
    Add egg whites.
    Add sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    After baking for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0, remove from oven and add topping (sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla).
    Put back in oven and bake at 475\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Let stand in refrigerator for 3 days!
