Scalloped Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Spread 4 cups potatoes in bottom of a greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour half the mixture over potatoes.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
