Mile High Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch baked crust or graham cracker crust
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 unbeaten egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients at low speed 5 minutes. Change to high speed and beat 15 minutes.
    Pile in shell and freeze.
    Serve from freezer.
    (Do not defrost pie.)
