Ripe Olive Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise (real)
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 oz. can chopped ripe olives
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve cold with crackers. May be served hot by spreading on crackers then bake at 250\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    This spread will freeze well.
