Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 or 5 lb.) chicken
    16 oz. pkg. spaghetti
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 lb. American cheese
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 medium can mushrooms
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Cook chicken and debone.
    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain.
    Saute in oil the chopped onions and chopped peppers.
    Add mushrooms, stewed tomatoes and seasonings.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add chicken pieces (diced).
    In casserole, layer spaghetti, layer sauce and layer cheese.
    If casserole seems dry, add broth from where spaghetti was cooked.
    Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 10.
