Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped pecans
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Add green pepper, onion, pineapple, salt and 1 cup pecans.
    Mix well.
    Shape into ball.
    Roll in remaining pecans and parsley.
    Chill for several hours.
    Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
