Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Cut meat into strips.
    Place flour in plastic bag with the meat; shake to coat meat with flour.
    Heat butter in heavy skillet; brown meat.
    Remove and cover meat to keep warm.
    Add onions and mushrooms; cook slowly for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Return meat to skillet; stir in Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and Kitchen Bouquet. Bring to boil.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4.
