Bar-B-Q Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (32 oz.) jars catsup
    3 (16 oz.) Heinz 57
    2 cloves garlic
    3 large onions (put onions and garlic in blender with water)
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 or more tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Add small amount of
    water
    if needed; put on simmer at least 2 hours or more.
