Julienne Of Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. carrots
    4 sticks celery
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. dill
    2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into thin strips.
    Cook until just tender.
    Drain and rinse under cold water.
    Allow to cool.
    Cut remaining vegetables in thin strips and combine with potatoes. Combine remaining ingredients together in a jar and shake to mix well.
    When ready to serve, pour dressing over.
