Taco In The Round - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) chunky mild taco sauce
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    grated cheese
    diced tomatoes
Preparation
    Cream cheeses together and mix in chili powder.
    Place on platter and chill slightly.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add taco sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Spread on top of cheese.
    Top with lettuce, tomatoes and grated cheese (as much as desired).
    Serve with corn chips.
