1 lb. ground chuck
1 box scalloped potatoes
1 medium onion
Preparation

Brown the chuck with the onion.
Drain the excess fat from the meat.
Meanwhile, prepare the potatoes according to package directions.
In a casserole dish, sprinkle the chuck into the potato mixture.
Bake as directed.
Let cool a little before serving.
