Batter Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. very warm water
5 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 egg
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water; mix in remaining ingredients. Add 1/4 cup of milk to make sticky dough.
Spoon batter into greased muffin pans.
Fill pans only half full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cover remaining batter tightly and refrigerate. Batter will keep 2 weeks.
