Shrimp With Angel Hair Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 basil leaves
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    red pepper
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    olive oil
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Shell and devein shrimp.
    Rinse and pat dry.
    Coat with olive oil; dust well with salt and pepper and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven; saute in skillet with butter, garlic and wine.
    Add tomato sauce and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Serve over angel hair pasta.
