Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sweet pepper, chopped
4 c. chicken broth
1 c. rice (long cooking)
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Pan-fry sausage and stir often.
Drain off grease and mix other ingredients together.
Pour in pan or glass dish.
Cook at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 until rice is tender.
