Okra Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced okra
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green tomatoes
1 c. chopped green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. corn meal
vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine vegetables with salt and pepper.
Add eggs, mixing well.
Stir in flour and corn meal, mixing just until moistened. Drop by tablespoons into deep hot oil in large skillet.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
