Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 9 baked potatoes, grated
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. (8 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Put grated potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix butter and onions and pour evenly over potatoes.
    Combine sour cream and soup and spread over the top.
    Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
    Delicious!
