Cheese Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed raw potatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. celery slices
    1/2 c. carrot slices
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    dash of pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cook the first 8 ingredients until the vegetables are tender. Gradually add milk to flour and mix until smooth.
    Slowly add milk mixture to vegetables, stirring constantly, until it boils.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
