Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Beat well the oil and eggs, then add remaining cake ingredients; mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Excellent, moist cake.
