Coffee Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. instant coffee
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar

Preparation

In small saucepan, heat milk, butter or margarine and coffee until butter or margarine has melted. Add to confectioners sugar. Blend until smooth. This is great on spice cake.
