Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Sift together dry ingredients and fold into egg mixture. Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan. Batter will be thin. Top with 1 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes. Turn onto clean dish towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll cake and towel together while still hot.
