Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
8 c. confectioners sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream butter.
Beat in sugar and vanilla. Add milk until frosting reaches desired consistency.
Yields approximately 4 cups.
