Pear Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples
    7 1/2 lb. pears, quartered and cored
    2 oranges
    2 lemons
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 lb. raisins
    4 lb. sugar
    1 pt. grape juice
    1 pt. vinegar (dark)
Preparation
    Quarter and core all fruits. Do not peel.
    Run all through food chopper with coarse blade.
    Mix all together. Cook slowly, stirring often, about 2 hours or until thick as desired.
    Seal in jars.
    (Very good for pies and cookies.)
