Honey Biscuits For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. cold butter
    1 tsp. honey
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
    Cut in the butter until crumbly.
    Stir in honey and milk just until moistened.
    Place on floured surface; with floured hands, knead gently 8 to 10 times. Roll to 3/4-inch thickness.
    Cut with 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter and place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 4 biscuits.
