Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes and onion very thin.
    Layer in large baking dish.
    Dot with margarine.
    Mix milk and flour; pour over potatoes and onion.
    Take a spoon and move potatoes around so as to cover with milk.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
