Brazzole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 flank steak (per person)
salt
garlic (powder or minced)
parsley
Romano cheese
Preparation
-
Flank or thin round steak.
Make each piece separately. Sprinkle to taste with salt, garlic (powder or minced), parsley and grated Romano cheese.
Roll the steak and keep in place with string or toothpicks.
Cook or fry until brown.
Cover with spaghetti sauce.
